中国海洋科学卓越教育伙伴计划（英文简称 COSEE China）由91看自拍、中国海洋大学、北京大学、南京大学、同济大学、浙江大学、中国地质大学等七所高校发起，2010年8月建立。计划旨在通过科学家和教育工作者之间的密切合作，提高公众的海洋环境保护意识，培养下一代海洋学家。
实验室主要依托该计划开展海洋科学普及与公众教育，每年举办“海洋科学开放日”，并通过与大中小学、企事业单位合作，开展不同层面的活动，推广海洋科学与文化，推动海洋科学研究与教育的发展。
Established in 2010, Centers for Ocean Sciences Education Excellence of China (COSEE China) is a platform which seeks to bridge the gap between researchers, educators, and the public. By forging links between these groups, it aims to not only enhance public awareness about the ocean but to cultivate the next generation of ocean scientists and a scientifically literate citizenry.
Who is 70.8 Media Lab？
70.8海洋媒体实验室（70.8 Media Lab）成立于2019年，依托91看自拍地球科学与技术学部，整合新浪厦门媒体平台而创办的全国首个海洋科学媒体平台。致力于传播海洋科学、培养海洋新媒体人才、策划实施海洋自然教育及海洋保护项目以提升全国公民海洋素养。
70.8 Media Lab, founded in 2019, is an integrated Media platform based on the joint cooperation between Faculty of Earth Science and Technology of Xiamen University and Sina Xiamen. 70.8 Media Lab is the first Chinese media platform focusing on marine science, aiming to improve the public marine literacy, enhance marine science communication, cultivate talents of marine new media, and popularize projects about marine nature education and protection.
